This course is available in MP3 format. Each file contains 80 minutes (or more) of content. Class two is in two files because a 10 minute meditation is to be done between them. Classes 3-5 start after a 10 minute meditation. For best results, classes are to be scheduled one week apart, and the exercises done in between.This is a very "hands-on" course. Saint Germain and his Angelic assistants work directly with each participant. You will especially notice their presence during the meditations while they align your energy field with theirs.
